In order to ensure many years of worry-free use, quality technical support is available through our network of authorized partners. Rapid online support, economical solutions, premium quality parts and a reliable warranty program, this is the type of professional assistance the Dectro network can offer you.
We invite you to contact your distributor for warranty claims. Distributors are specifically trained to fix most problems. Please mention the model number, the serial number or the batch number and the date of purchase.
If you are unable to contact your distributor, then communicate directly with Dectro International’s after-sale service at the address and phone number below. A technician will try to solve the problem and, if necessary, will provide you with all the information needed to ship the product to a service centre. Make sure you have the model number, the serial number or the batch number, the date of purchase and the name of your distributor on hand before calling Dectro International.
Please note that you need to obtain an authorization number (RMA) before sending your product to our service centre, otherwise additional fees could be charged. This procedure is designed to speed up the processing of claims, and in no way limits accessibility to our after-sale service.
Warranty
The products manufactured by Dectro International carry a limited warranty against manufacturing and material defects.
This limited warranty does not cover: a) the installation, b) exterior finish or case, c) damage in transit, d) any charge for repairs required as a result of improper voltage supply or faulty or inadequate wiring, e) damage caused by excessive or unreasonable use, abuse, misuse, accidents or unauthorized modification or alteration. Service done by a non-authorized person or the removal or defacing of serial plate, will void this warranty.
Neither the Manufacturer nor the Distributor may be held liable for special or consequential damage, resulting from any failure of the unit or from service delays or consequences caused by misuse or excessive use. This unit must be used by qualified trained operators only.
The terms and conditions of this warranty are not intended to limit any rights you may be entitled to under government or state legislation. You should consider this warranty to be an addition to any applicable legislation.
Service must be performed by the Manufacturer or by his Authorized Service Agent or Distributor. Any repair done or any replacement part provided under this warranty is warranted by the Manufacturer up to the expiry date of the warranty period.
This warranty does not cover shipping and delivery fees from and to the service centre. In the event the unit needs to be repairs, the owner must ship the product prepaid to the nearest authorized service centre. Dectro International, the Distributor or the Service Agent will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
