Devices manufactured by Dectro International are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing and material flaws. Please refer to the warranty included in the device user manual for further details.
A troubleshooting guide has been prepared to help you solve the majority of minor problems you may encounter while operating your device without the intervention of a technician. The troubleshooting guide can be found in the device user manual. Please consult it before contacting our after-sales service center.
If the problem persists, please contact your distributor directly. He is trained to solve your problems quickly. In all communications, please include:
-device name and model
-device serial number (on the bottom or back of the device)
-date of purchase
-dealer's name
-your full contact details
-a detailed description of the problem
-photos and/or videos demonstrating the problem, if available
If your unit requires repair, your distributor will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You can then ship the unit, prepaid, to the nearest service center. Don't forget to include a note describing the problem. Please use the original packaging for all shipments. Shipping charges are not covered by warranty.
