APPLICATION
Draw a wafer-thin line with the brush along the upper eyelash line. For a thicker eye line repeat the line several times until the desired intensity has been achieved.

Match the colors of Mascara and Liquid Eyeliner, and draw a fine line to make the eyelashes look more voluminous! For best possible application and color brilliance, make sure that the eyelid is oil-free by applying Eye Fix beforehand!
