APPLICATION
Please note: Your brows should be free of oil. Ideally, clean them with MICELLAR WATER – MAKE-UP REMOVER first and let them dry well. Hold the BROW PEN – COMB & FILL like a pencil in your hand and fill in your brows with short strokes. For the perfect finishing touch, use the thin tip to precisely outline the edges.
